Known as the champagne of teas due to the complexity of its flavors. Darjeelings have a muscatel (blackcurrant) type flavor which is inherent in teas from this region. This Darjeeling is from one of the first biodynamic tea gardens.  It is an autumnal flush which has a slight roasted flavor.
